Event Details:

Time: Gates open at 6 PM, show starts at 7:30 PM. Rain or shine!

Head back in time to celebrate an amazing event in rock history- Woodstock!  With the music of Crosby, Stills & Nash, The Who, Janis Joplin, Joe Cocker, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, The Band, and Jefferson Airplane, you will be transported to a summer night in 1969. Conducted by Adam Boyles.

 

TICKET INFORMATION

Five-concert table packages are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 860-244-2999 or emailing tickets@hartfordsymphony.org. There are a limited number of table packages available. Individual tables and seats, Grass Passes, Lawn seats and single child tickets can be purchased by visiting hartfordsymphony.org or by calling 860-987-5900.

TABLE PACKAGES

  • –Tables for eight people are located right in front of the stage.
  • –5-Concert Table Subscription: 8 seats per table for $1,780
  • –Individual Table: 8 seats per table for $400
  • –5-Concert Single Table Seat: $222.50

GRASS PASSES

  • –Grass Passes may be used in any combination for any concerts in the 2022 Talcott Mountain Music Festival; attendees may bring Grass Passes straight to the gate for admission.
  • –Adult Grass Pass: 10 adult lawn tickets are $235
  • –Child Grass Pass: 10 child (age 12 and under) lawn tickets for $45
  • –Family Pack: 12 lawn tickets (6 adult and 6 child tickets) for $165 

SINGLE CONCERT PRICES

  • –Adult Lawn: $27.50 ($32.50 Day of Concert)
  • –Child Lawn (12 & under): $5
  • –Single Table Seat: $50 advance

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

GATES

Entry to the field begins at 6 pm. Friends of the Festival may enter beginning at 5:00 pm. All concerts begin at 7:30 pm.

PARKING

The HSO asks that you please carpool whenever possible. A limited number of parking passes for lots on site are available for purchase for each concert for $10 per vehicle (including handicapped-accessible parking). Parking passes must be purchased in advance by phone or in person at the on-site box office; these are not available the night of the concert. Limited free parking is available off Iron Horse Blvd. and throughout Simsbury. Convenient and free shuttle service is also available from Henry James Memorial Middle School, beginning at 5:30pm each evening. ***UPDATE: PARKING PASSES ARE SOLD OUT FOR THIS CONCERT

WEATHER
In the case of severe weather, rain dates for Celebrate America! and Queens of Soul will be the Saturday night after the scheduled concert at the same time. All other concerts are rain or shine. Postponement or cancellation announcements will be made by noon on concert day on hartfordsymphony.org, and on the HSO’s Official Social Channels.

BRING A PICNIC… OR JUST AN APPETITE!
Choose from a large selection of food for purchase on site at a variety of concession tents. Wine, beer, soda and water will also be available for purchase at the concerts.
As an added convenience, catering will be available from Metro Bis (860-651-1908).

FIRST AID
First Aid services are available in the southwest corner of the site, near the front of the lawn.  Trained First Responder personnel are also stationed throughout the grounds.

FRIENDS OF THE FESTIVAL
The HSO offers a tax-deductible donation program unique to the Talcott Mountain Music Festival that supports the charitable efforts of the HSO in the community and, through a $100 donation, gives special benefits at the Talcott Mountain Music Festival, including early entry onto the field at 5 pm. The Friends of the Festival pass allows early entrance for a car load, which equates to up to 4 adults OR up to 2 adults and 3 children. For more information, call 860-760-7302. CLEAN UP
Please help by bagging your trash and depositing it in the available containers.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE GROUNDS
Smoking, hard liquor, drugs, ball playing or other sports equipment, pets, fireworks, sparklers, firearms or any other incendiary device, radios, boom-boxes or other stereo equipment, solicitation or unauthorized concessions or handouts, tents, tarps and large tables, lewdness, drunkenness or other inappropriate behavior.  Audio and video recording and flash photography are prohibited during the performance.

LOST & FOUND
Lost and Found is located in the First Aid Tent during the concert.  At all other times those items will be available at the Simsbury Performing Arts Center Office (the small red building located near the playground).

RESTROOMS
Portable toilets are located on site.

HANDICAP ACCEESIBILITY
Handicapped parking and accessible restrooms are designated at the concert site. A limited number of handicapped-accessible parking passes for lots on site are available for purchase for each concert for $10 per vehicle. To access handicapped parking you will need a state handicapped permit on your vehicle. The handicapped entrance is located at the southeast corner of the festival grounds. Handicapped-accessible shuttle service (free of charge) is also available from Henry James Memorial Middle School and the Iron Horse commuter lots (which will depart from the basketball hoops) beginning at 5:00 pm.

DIRECTIONS
The Talcott Mountain Music Festival is located at 22 Iron Horse Blvd., one block east of Rt. 10/202 in historic downtown Simsbury, CT.

From Hartford: Take Albany Avenue (Route 44) westbound to Avon. At the second intersection of Routes 44 and 10/202 (white church), turn right onto 10/202 toward Simsbury. Follow for 4.6 miles to Drake Hill Road. Turn right onto Drake Hill Road to first left onto Iron Horse Blvd. Please follow signs as directed.

Directions from I-84: Take Exit 39 to Farmington. At the intersection of Routes 4 and 10 in the center of Farmington, turn right onto Route 10 (Waterville Rd.). At the intersection of Route 10 and 44, turn left onto Route 44 (East Main Street) toward Avon. In the center of Avon, at the intersection of Route 44 and 10/202 (white church), turn right onto 10/202 toward Simsbury. Follow for 4.6 miles to Drake Hill Road. Turn right onto Drake Hill Road to first left onto Iron Horse Blvd.
