Frequently Asked Questions

  1. May I bring food & drink to concerts?
The venue’s food and drink policy varies by show; please refer to the event description for more information.
  2. Is there an ATM on the premises?
NO. However, there are several banks (Liberty Bank, Northwest Community Bank, Bank of America, TD Bank) located near the venue.
  3. Do I need an ID to be served alcohol?
    YES.
  4. Are pets allowed?
NO. However, service animals are permitted.
  5. Are there refunds if it rains?
NO. We do not offer refunds; however, you should refer to the event page for the most current information and policies related to that specific event.
  6. Do I need to bring chairs?
Whether you should bring a chair depends on what type of ticket you buy. If you buy a lawn ticket, you need to bring your own chair or blanket to sit on. If you buy a ticket for seating at a table or in a numbered seat, a chair is provided. Some events also sell tickets for “pit standing,” where no chairs are provided or allowed.
  7. Is there a charge for parking?
YES. For large concerts and other entertainment events, there is paid parking on the SMPAC grounds and in several nearby lots.  Free parking is available in the public lots along Iron Horse Blvd. Please refer to the event page to confirm the specific parking details for the event you’re planning to attend.
  8. Where accessible parking available?
Limited accessible parking for patrons with disabilities is available on a first come, first serve basis on-site along the east side of the bandshell adjacent to the loading dock. Also, drop-offs are permitted at the east side accessible entrance when accessible parking is full. You may access this area via the dirt road entrance located at the intersection of Iron Horse Blvd – you will see signage marking the entrance. For select large scale events, an accessible shuttle service is also available from our remote parking site at Henry James Middle School.
  9. How do I buy tickets?
Links to purchase tickets can be found on the specific event page along with information regarding hours for the on-site Ticket Depot Box Office at SMPAC.
  10. How do I become a Volunteer?
To volunteer, just click the Volunteer tab under Get Involved in the menu above.
  11. Directions? Refer to the Plan Your Visit tab for Directions to SMPAC.
  12. Is there a discount for children?
