Covid Safety Guidelines

Here’s how we ensure our visitors’ safety and what you need to do to stay safe.

  • Masks, masks, masks, always. From the moment we arrive until the moment we leave, the SMPAC staff keeps their masks on. Patrons are required to wear masks any time they are moving through the venue, though once they are stationed in their dedicated circle, they are free to remove masks and relax. Prominent signage informs guests of SMPAC’s mask policy, and those who forget are politely reminded of our new “dress code” by staff.
  • Seating within individual, socially distanced circles. There are hundreds of 8-foot circles painted on the grass, 15 feet apart. Each guest group (up to 5 people max) selects a circle and once they are inside, masks may be removed.
  • Be a clean machine. Guests have access to prominently placed hand sanitizer and/or hand-washing stations throughout the venue.

While we’re all compulsive hand washers by now, when we’re running an event, we adopt the same level of cleanliness with all surfaces, including trash cans, bathrooms, railings, and all commonly touched places.

  • No more hand-outs. In an effort to cut down on contact, SMPAC has stopped circulating paper tickets and distributing flyers. Instead, we’ve adopted a digital approach to ticket transactions and marketing – so make sure to follow us on simsburymeadowsmusic.com, Facebook and Instagram for the latest SMPAC news!
